We invite women to "VasaRojų", for a calm, creative and harmonious day to be together, feel, create, communicate, share...
We will meet in a small group of up to 8 participants.
The price of the meeting is EUR 87 per person.
PROCESS OF OUR MEETING:
9:30-10:00 we gather;
10:00-11:30 hatha yoga practice;
11:30-12:30 late breakfast;
12:30-14:30 production of a brass wrap ring;
14:30-15:00 short break, light snacks;
15:00-18:00 sensory sauna;
18:00-19:00 discussion of meeting experiences over snacks.
• HATHA YOGA PRACTICE •
We will begin the meeting with the practice of hatha yoga, which unites body, mind and soul.
We will practice deep breathing (pranayama) - we will wake up our lungs, we will allow ourselves to breathe in the joy of life.
We will move, wake up and strengthen our bodies with light exercises (asanas).
In Shavasana, we will allow ourselves to completely calm down, relax. We will allow ourselves to be, to feel...
Bring a yoga mat with you.

• BATH OF SENSATIONS •
A ritual sauna awaits you, where the elements of fire, water, earth and air meet, purifying our body and purifying our spirit. This is a great opportunity to fall in love with the sauna even for those who have not yet discovered the sauna and its benefits and pleasure.
In the sauna, we will enjoy the aromas of fragrant herbs, feel the enveloping, warm and cozy steam. We will clean our bodies with a salt scrub and enjoy a shingle massage.

Sauna hat;
Sauna clothes - we recommend the most natural fabric possible;
2-3 towels;
Sauna slippers, bathrobe.
