about

Forest bathing in the forest of Žvėrinčius Nature announces resurrection and rebirth, everything pulsates with the weak life force that is awakening and exploding, now is the best time to allow our organisms to harmonize with the changes and rhythms of nature so that we can flourish together with nature. We invite you to explore the awakening forest, experience the healing power of the forest and see the spring Miracle in the Žvėrinčiau forest!
Forest bathing is not a simple walk, it is a more profound forest experience that uses all five human senses and sensory mindfulness practices. It is like an active meditation in which we will smell, touch, listen to the sounds of the forest, and bathe in the atmosphere of the forest. During the session, we will also learn how the forest communicates and the latest scientific discoveries about the healing power of the forest.
During forest bathing, we activate our body's ability to heal and immerse ourselves in the forest atmosphere with special exercises. It has been proven that after spending 2 hours consciously in the forest, the positive effect on the body lasts for a whole week, immunity and memory are activated, stress hormones are reduced, cell regeneration occurs, and the feeling of joy and happiness increases.
