11:00 a.m. Solemn flag-raising ceremony in J. Basanavičius Square.
12:00 p.m. Winter hike "Zvērinčius takais" (registration from 11:30 a.m. in J. Basanavičius Square).
5:00 p.m. Festive celebration of the State Day and awards of deserving people who make Birštonas region famous with their work. Musical greeting from the band "el Fuego". Event host - Egidijus Stancikas (Birštonas culture center, Jaunimo st. 4)
