Sugar Lithuania

cultural passport / education

"Cukraus Lietuva" - a collection of miniature structures of Lithuanian architecture made of sugar! The Gothic Napoleonic House, the Renaissance Villa of the Painter, the German half-timbered "Elephant House" and others. "The houses are small, but big" - their weight is from 1 to 12 kilograms, and sugar is needed even more for construction. Children will watch how the sugar part is boiled, which can turn into a wall, a roof, a chimney and even a whole house! Participants will hear the story of the "Sugar House", surrounded by legends and fairy tales, and will go home with their own sugar work. Sugar works are not edible. We also do not recommend tasting sugar during classes.
