2025/08/26 Birštonas

In Birštonas, the green energy solutions company Enefit has installed two electric vehicle charging stations. It will be possible to charge 4 electric vehicles at the same time. According to experts, the charging stations installed in the city are a step forward in ensuring that electric vehicle travel is as comfortable as possible for Birštonas residents and city guests.

The new Enefit stations are located in a strategically convenient location – B. Sruogos St. 25. The 240 kW* fast charging stations will be conveniently accessible not only to city residents, but also to guests.
The company's head of public charging network development, Tomas Žilionis, says that the first Enefit electric vehicle charging stations have already been installed in Birštonas. This shows that the need for infrastructure development is very clearly visible. Such a step is extremely important in order to make electric vehicle travel as convenient as possible for all Lithuanian residents.
"We see that there are more and more electric cars in Birštonas traffic. Both city guests and city residents feel an increasing need for electric car charging stations. We are trying to meet that need and constantly improve the driver experience," says Tomas Žilionis, Head of Development of the Enefit Public Charging Network.
The number of Enefit chargers in Lithuania has already exceeded 280 this year and continues to grow rapidly.
