Antanas Danys, deputy director for medicine at Versmė sanatorium, says that Lithuanians are increasingly concerned about their health and well-being. However, the doctor observes with dismay the trend of people coming for short-term treatments of a day or two. "If we aim for the effect of spa healing factors, such as healing mineral water and healing mud, a longer course of 8-10 of these procedures is absolutely necessary, rather than single short treatment procedures," assures A. Danys.

Weightlessness, oxygen, and 70 minerals

It feels like being submerged 10 meters underwater. Such an immersion effect is created by a special hyperbaric oxygenation chamber (barochamber), the only one in Lithuania.
