In the 1960s, Cambridge University student and future physicist Stephen Hawking falls in love with fellow student Jane Wilde. At the age of only 21, Hawking learned about his disease - amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Nevertheless, while living with Jane, he begins a serious study of time. He has very little time left, according to his doctors. With Jane, he overcomes incredible odds and makes many discoveries in medicine and science and achieves more than he ever expected.
