Movie "The Other Side of Silence"

The film is based on the 1995 Torgny Lindgren's novel "Bumblebee's Honey" published and awarded the August Prize. This is a laconic, angry, intriguing story about two brothers Einar and Kaspar. Their homesteads are located in the same village, by the same lake, by the same forest. Their mutual hatred is so strong that they can't die for fear of letting each other down. A middle-aged woman, a writer of hagiographic books, stumbles into a village lecturing on the lives of saints. One of the listeners, Einar, offers her a place to stay. Intending to stay for the night, the woman stays with Einar much longer and gradually gets involved in the strange life of two old, playing brothers.
