1920s Kaunas, the temporary capital. Having regained its independence just two years ago, the young state of Lithuania seeks to stay alive on the predatory map of Europe. This is not only the most expensive Lithuanian film of the year, but also one of the most technically complex: some of the historical locations seen in the detective story were recreated in a virtual environment, as none of them have survived to this day. Comfort for the eyes - period aesthetics, authentic costumes and an immersive atmospheric field where both billiard balls and lives are enthusiastically struck.
