12-year-old Zodis lives near the majestic Sahara desert. One day, on the way to school, the boy meets a small camel. The lonely and lost animal's parents are nowhere to be seen, so Zodis decides to take him home and raise him. The boy names the stray Tehu and slowly befriends him. But Tehu is no ordinary, ordinary camel.
