Post office couple Alvīne and Ernests cannot afford to go abroad to celebrate their silver wedding anniversary. When the extra income opens the door for them to fulfill their dream, Alvīne and Ernests find themselves in a whirlwind of criminal and emotional adventures where happiness is intertwined with grief.
