The most intense evening of the year in one of the "hottest" restaurants in London. Charismatic and demanding chef Andy Jones walks the knife's edge. A series of personal and professional crises can destroy everything he has achieved through hard work. The restaurant is almost full, and the unexpected visit of the hygiene inspectorate further increases the tension in the kitchen team. Jones does his best to defuse the growing tension between the team and the managers while trying to meet the absurd demands of the customers.
