Dan Trunkman (Vince Vaughn) is a businessman struggling to get his company under control after falling out with his manager Chuck (Sienna Miller). He sets out on a business trip with two co-workers in hopes of closing a deal that holds hope for the future of his company. But soon failures and accidents lead to various unexpected problems. Not only do they have to overcome these difficulties, Dan is also competing with his nemesis, Chuck's former manager, for the deal.
