For many years, sanatorium "Versmė" has been closely connected with art - the interior is decorated with the works of famous artists, and every year, in the middle of summer, painting plein airs are held, of which the sanatorium "Versmė" is an active sponsor. We are proud to be able to invite the most famous Lithuanian artists and enable them to draw inspiration from the everyday life of the sanatorium and get to know it - health promotion, rest, healing procedures and, of course, the wonderful nature of Birštonas. This time, you are invited to admire the works of the painter Juozas Pranskevičius. The exhibition of more than 20 works has been on display since August 7, and the period of painting includes several plein airs of the last year. The painter was inspired by the landscapes of the surroundings of the Birštonas resort and sanatorium, and the color harmony and variety of combinations evident in the paintings symbolize the decisive and emotional language of the brush conveyed by the artist. "To convey your thoughts and moods to the viewer is to convey yourself," says the author, inviting him to enter the world of colors and emotions!
