Birštonas will become a resort of glowing pumpkins: creative workshops, entertainment and an "orange" menu await

The city community and guests are invited to creative pumpkin-carving workshops, fun for the sharp senses typical of this time of year, and to taste special dishes from the autumn menu of restaurants and cafes.

According to Rūta Kapačinskaitė, the director of the Birštonas tourism information center, the resort keeps the traditions of marking the late autumn holidays and the beginning of the school holidays in its own way - in a Birštonian way. "At the moment, the most popular vegetable in Lithuania - pumpkins - will also decorate Birštonas. We are waiting for everyone who wants to admire the cozy orange-lit resort, take part in thematic events, discover the flavors of autumn, rest and peace", says R. Kapačinskaitė.

Already this Friday, at 5 p.m., a pumpkin-carving workshop will start in the "Versmė" sanatorium, which will be led by an educator, and the sanatorium will provide orange vegetables of different sizes, so the event's visitors can create a truly unique attribute of the autumn harvest and participate in the election of the most beautiful pumpkin.

In the exclusive space of Birštonas - the Kneipa garden, which will become a garden of glowing pumpkins for the weekend, the most inventive carved and decorated pumpkins will shine, and guests will be treated to an impressive fire show, a shared table of feasts and a mysterious photo session in the dark. The organizers of the event encourage you to bring your carved pumpkin and a delicious dish from this vegetable and create a cozy and mystical atmosphere together.

The longest toboggan track in Lithuania will immerse you in the light of more than a hundred candles, a veil of smoke and extreme experiences. Just like last year, Fun Hill becomes Horror Hill and continues the tradition of nighttime sled rides with spooky elements. This year, it will be "terribly nice" to take a walk in a small improvised cemetery and enjoy warm drinks and sweets. Night sled rides for the brave - from October 27. until October 31 evening

The Birštonas Art School also invites you to move and have fun. On Friday night, games, feasts, creative activities, and a disco will be held in the school premises until dawn. A wild Halloween karaoke and dance party with special spooky cocktails, games and surprises will be held on Saturday by the resort burger bar Bir. bur. Bar".

There will also be opportunities for themed Halloween costume lovers to dress up. October 29 in the evening in the Birštonas cultural center - the scariest disco of the year, where original dressed dancers are welcome. The winners of the best costume will win prizes, and the disco will not lack music, smoke and lights characteristic of this celebration. October 31 the hotel "EGO SPA" will share a red atmosphere, the spa center here will provide devilish pleasures, the restaurant team will provide sinfully delicious food, and the mood of the evening will be supported by music played by a DJ.

Birštonas cafes and restaurants have a special dedication to pumpkin dishes: from drinks to desserts. Old Town Grill restaurant will offer to taste risotto and herring tartar, which will be creatively complemented by this vegetable, Skoniyus sviųka will delight its visitors with a pumpkin dessert with cream and an exceptional pumpkin pie with sweet and sour sauce, in other cafes of the resort - orange delicacies and fragrant warming drinks.
