From 2022 January 1 the resort fee fee changes

Local toll rate
The local fee is calculated based on the number of nights the accommodation is provided to the recipients.
From 2022 January 1 Decision No. TSE-141 of Birštonas Municipal Council enters into force. It sets tolls
size - 2 Eur (for stays of 1–7 days), from the 8th night - 1 Eur.
T. y. for a week stay you should pay 14 Eur (7x2 = 14), for 8 days - 15 Eur (7x2 + 1),
9 days - 16 Eur (7x2 + 1 + 1), etc.

Local fees are not paid by:
- Persons for whom medical rehabilitation services are paid for from the Compulsory Health Insurance
the budget of the Fund;
- Children under 18 years.

Use of local toll
Local toll funds are used to maintain and upgrade the public resort infrastructure and to promote the resort.
