Champagne is a celebration, history, symbolism, status, an exceptional climate, complex flavors and multifaceted aromas. We invite you to get to know this exceptional drink even better together with Ego SPA.
On Friday, January 30th, EGO SPA is hosting a 5-course tasting dinner, during which 5 different champagnes will be paired.
During the evening, sommelier Albertas Koncijelovas will tell you about the history and uniqueness of one of the most famous champagne houses - "Veuve Clicquot", as well as 5 different champagnes. You will learn how Madame Clicquot's influence changed the history of champagne. Meanwhile, our chef Justinas Barzda and his team will prepare 5 different dishes that will best match the presented champagne and create an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
