On Sunday morning, I invite you to slow down and shift your attention from the noisy outside to the inside — to your breathing.
We run around every day and often can't find even a few minutes for ourselves.
The body is especially full of traces of anxiety and haste as this year comes to an end.
The body speaks — we just don't always hear it. We want to feel it.
Maybe you know that feeling when everything is fine on the outside, but inside — it feels like there's no air?
More air. More peace. More of myself. Freedom in movement.
Peace.
It is through conscious breathing and exercises that you can relax a tense body, slow down a mind operating under stress, and harmonize your emotional states.
No experience is necessary — all you need is a desire to relax, calm down, and rest.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket.
