On the Day of Love, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra and maestro Gintaras Rinkevičius present a program of the most beautiful classical love works of all time. Gustav Mahler's Adagietto, Sergei Rachmaninov's piano concerto no. Part 2, WA Mozart's Pamina's aria from the opera The Enchanted Flute are just a few masterpieces created by music geniuses to sing a soul-changing sense of love. Together with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, the works will be performed tonight by special guests - pianist Petras Geniušas and soprano Lina Dambrauskaitė.

Petras Geniušas, who has won several of the highest awards in prestigious competitions, has established himself as one of the most talented and mature pianists of his generation. In addition to his regular concert activities in Lithuania, P. Genius has gained international recognition for his performances in more than forty countries and the world's most famous concert halls - the Great Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Alice Tully in Lincoln and Avery Fisher in New York, Geijitsu Gay and the Vienna Musikverein. The pianist stands out for his versatility of interests and constant, often risky search for new forms of expression, unusual musical and spiritual experiences, and has mastered a wide repertoire of classical, romantic and contemporary works.

Lina Dambrauskaitė is one of the brightest Lithuanian sopranoes. After graduating with a master's degree in classical vocal from prof. Sigutė Stonytė, soloist, went on an internship at the Opera Studio of the Royal Academy of London. 2015 L. Dambrauskaitė made her debut at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater in 2017. - In the ensemble of Vilnius City Opera, in the same year he won an internship at the Opera Studio of the Royal Academy of Music in London. 2019 the soloist has joined the Young Performers program in Zurich, Switzerland, where she has recently lived and worked. L. Dambrauskaitė has already given concerts in Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, South Korea, China and elsewhere.

The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra will be conducted this evening by its founder, artistic director and chief. conductor, National Prize winner Gintaras Rinkevičius.
