about

Living a long and happy life is our own choice.
Most fairy tales end with: they lived happily ever after… And in life, this doesn’t happen by itself. This requires proper knowledge and constant effort. Social networks are abuzz with advice on how to prolong life – from superfoods to cosmic supplements promising eternal youth. However, expert in this field Gitana Lapinskaitė emphasizes – there is no single magic recipe. So in order to successfully start the journey of creating a long, healthy and high-quality life – it is important to enlist professional help. And traveling with like-minded people is always better than traveling alone.
We invite you to the longevity camp, which is based on the treatment program "Longevity" and a series of lectures. The treatment program will give you the impetus to change your daily habits and choices - to learn and assess the condition of your body, adjust your sleep pattern, include movement in your daily activities, change your understanding of the peculiarities of eating, monitor your glucose metabolism, and include the right food supplements in your daily diet for better well-being. And the series of lectures, in which medical and healthy lifestyle professionals will share their expert knowledge, will expand your knowledge and change your perception of how to create a healthy and high-quality life through small daily choices.
