This year, Vytautas Active Restaurant participates for the first time in the annual Lithuanian Gastronomy Week. Created by a team of bold, innovative and experimental chefs, the menu promises an unexpected experience in a cozy environment.
Gastronomy Week menu:
-Snack: potato centipede, chestnut, boletus, sauerkraut sauce
-Hot dish: low-boiled pork chop, fermented kale, char-fried onion and garlic cream, mustard and fermented honey sauce
