During this session, physiotherapist and kundalini yoga instructor Laura Gulbinaitė Vinogradovienė will invite you to explore the synergy of movement, breathing, and meditation that helps release tension and restore inner balance.
Laura is the founder of the healthy movement studio "Move Healthier" in Kaunas, a certified teacher of the KRI (Kundalini Research Institute), who has deepened her knowledge in Mexico, India and Thailand. Her practices combine the principles of Western physiotherapy with Eastern wisdom, inviting you to consciously move, breathe and feel.
