"Both short-term works and this long-lasting debut, which premiered at the old-fashioned Leipzig Film Festival, show that the director of the distinctive drawing is firmly established in Lithuanian cinema. Country, subtle, distinctive, aesthetic, speaking. For me this film is like a religious mystery. ”(G. Kukta)

The taxidermist, the deer producer and the zoo worker live in an environment where the boundary between life and death has become almost imperceptible. It is an archaic world that hunts only deer, wild boar, but also plastic alligator dummies. Until the stuffed animal stuffs come to life because of the busiest posture and the most realistic glance, man is still trying to stop time and bring life back to things where they are no longer there.
