This year's Lithuanian Gastronomy Week theme revolves around the flavors of the world. We also want to talk about the world in which those flavors are born. The meat industry is one of the biggest polluters on the planet, so for Gastronomy Week we are choosing sustainability - we are creating menus from local raw materials and offal, aiming to reduce waste and protect the environment.
