We invite you to a tasting of dishes dedicated to Gastronomy Week in the heart of Birštonas - at the restaurant "Harmony Birštonas".
Here, our chef has created three exceptional dishes that combine the riches of autumn nature, creativity, and love of taste.

What awaits you:

- Smoked venison tartare -
The subtle flavor of smoked venison is combined with salt-fried shallots, boletus dust, and a crunchy yolk. Freshness and aroma are provided by a blackberry-thyme tulle and yolk gel – this combination reveals the harmony of forest and autumn notes in one bite.

- Wilkeser's bulletin -
Tender sea bass bolotino is served with baskets of pickled kohlrabi stuffed with tomatillos and fennel. Crispy sea bass skin chips add crunch, and everything is tied together with an intense fish stock fumé sauce - a harmony of sea and earth flavors.

- Cake "Honey" -
A classic dessert in a new form – caramelized honey sheets with cream cream, honey gel and crispy honey comb. The taste is completed by a port-lingonberry wine sauce with sea buckthorn – a sweet and sour note that gives life and elegance to the dessert story.
