The exhibition "The Birth of the Lithuanian Harmonica in Birštonas" has opened at the Birštonas Museum, presenting the instrument created by Aurimas Puskunigis and its manufacturing process. The exhibition offers visitors an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the details of the harmonica, its bellows, and the materials from which it is made.
The harmonica created by Aurims Puskunigis differs from traditional German or Russian models. It has a unison system that better matches the long motif structure of Lithuanian music. This construction and control system are unique, which is why this instrument is classified as a completely different branch from the harmonicas that have existed until now.
