The adventures of a kind-hearted girl rescuing a lynx - in an animated film for the whole family.
In a small village in the Swiss Alps, a girl named Heidi lives with her grandfather. Her days are filled with light, games, and the beautiful mountain scenery. One day, while wandering around the village with her best friend Peter, Heidi hears the cry of an animal. Before long, she sees a lynx cub trapped in a trap. The girl frees the lynx and takes it home.
When he sees Heidi's new friend, the grandfather is a little worried, because he knows that adult lynxes are not necessarily people's best friends. He explains all this to his granddaughter. The girl decides that the lynx should be returned to the animal's parents. Of course, the grandfather is against this idea too, so Heidi decides not to tell him anything and to do the task alone. Of course, she can't help but tell her best friend about it. Well, Peter, having heard what his friend has come up with, will definitely not let her go on the trip alone.
When night falls, Heidi and Peter quietly sneak out of the house and set off on a journey - to the mountains, where lynxes live. Many adventures, surprises, a little danger, unexpected discoveries and life lessons await them.
